Brightney Bit of a niche team utility Toon but Brightney comes in really clutch in those Blackouts that can wipe a team. You can activate her ability as you approach the first machine in a blackout to get your bearings with the Twisteds and then spam it as you progress. You’re good at extracting so make use of it. • Night Light (Active, 45s CD): Highlights Twisteds during Blackouts for 8 seconds.

• 1250 Ichor• Experience 5 Blackouts Razzle & Dazzle Not much team utility here but you are still a strong Toon where on odd floors you are great at distracting Twisteds with your massive movement speed. On the other hand, on even floors you’re one of the best Toons for extracting Ichor. So with no team benefit but strong solo skills, B-Tier is perfect. • Comedy/Tragedy (Passive): On odd number Floors, you get a boost to Movement Speed and on even number Floors a boost to Extraction Speed.

• 2000 Ichor Rodger Rodger should probably be C-Tier but I just love him as one of your first Toons so that you can unlock the rest more quickly. This is a helpful grind Toon and you’ll be busting him out each event to get limited Toons faster. So while you’re not that useful to your team outside of decent Ichor Machine extraction, you’re extremely useful to yourself. 10/10 Selfish Toon, B-Tier. • Detective (Passive): Gain double Research from Capsules and encountering Twisteds.

• 1000 Ichor• 50% Research on any Twisted Finn If you have Magnifying Glass and Participation Award on Finn (And on any extraction-based Toon), you’ll be a powerhouse for machines since you can complete them fast, get Finn’s speed boost and go to another machine. You need some defense from Toons like Pebble or Goob, but you’re one of the top 5 Toons for machines. • Reel In (Passive): Gain a 33% Movement Speed boost when any Machine is completed for 10 seconds.

• 500 Ichor• Finish 15 Machines Boxten Despite being your first Toon potentially and a beginner option, Boxten is actually a top 10 Toon for extraction if you manage to get a large team of 6 to 8 players. His extraction speed boost stacks is perfect for a 9-member group and his base stats for extraction are decent toon. You just need someone to distract for you. • Wind-Up (Passive): Gain 6% more Extraction Speed for every alive Toon in the round. Maxes at 48%.

• Possible starting Toon• 250 Ichor if you didn’t pick him Gigi I love Gigi but she’s incredibly RNG so you can’t always rely on her ability. If you high-roll she’s A Tier, if you low-roll you’re kind of like Toodles. What you can rely on though is Gigi’s extraction with one of the highest Skill Check stats in the game and a decent extraction speed. This low to high roll dynamic is perfect for B-Tier. • Surprise! (Active, 80s CD): Gain a random item from any Tier of Dandy’s Shop.

• 2000 Ichor• 50% Research on Twisted Gigi• Pick up 45 Rare or higher tier Items Flutter Don’t do machines on Flutter, instead focus on pulling aggro on Twisteds and kiting them around with your great speed, stamina, and ability. Your team can pull of risky machines since you’re very fast and can distract Twisteds incredibly well. If you master this, she turns into A-Tier. • Floaty Dash (Active, 45s CD): Dash forward, drastically increasing your Movement Speed for 0.75 seconds.

• 1300 Ichor• 100% Research on Twisted Flutter Rudie(New Year Event Limited) Same ranking and strategy as Flutter due to the same ability but with slightly better extraction and lower cooldown so you’re a bit more flexibile. • Antler Charge (Active, 23s CD): Dash forward, drastically increasing your movement speed for 0.4 seconds. Has a Cooldown of 23.

• 300 Ornaments Flyte(Easter Event Limited) While not as powerful as A-Tier or S-Tier utility, Flyte offers a great speedboost to his team that he can place them anywhere. I would recommend placing this down around risky machines so that both your extraction Toons can reach it faster and your distraction Toons can kite Twisteds better. • Gust (Active, 50s CD): This Toon places a “Gust” at his location for 10 seconds. Any Toon that walks into the Gust recieves a +15% Movement Speed boost for 5 seconds. Has a cooldown of 50.

• 700 Baskets• 50% Research on Twisted Flyte Coal(New Year Event Limited) Pebble but worse. Still, Coal has Pebble’s item highlight ability which is still useful for the entire team and you can kite Twisteds pretty well to protect your extraction Toons. Might be a C-Tier honestly but I value team utility over individual Toon power. • Scout (Active, 100s CD): Highlight item pick-ups across the map for all Toons for 10 seconds.
